Zendaya Coleman is a brunette no longer. The beauty decided to chop off and color her lovely brown tresses in favor of a short blond pixie cut last week. She debuted the new style at the launch of her shoe line in Los Angeles on Friday.

For the occasion, Zendaya wore a black bow-detailed dress fashioned with a high-low hemline. She then capped off the frock with dainty gold necklaces and a pair of fierce cage heels, which were most likely from her collection.

I like how she toned down the girly-ness of that dress with edgy cage sandals. In doing so, she kept herself from looking like she was off to prom.
