One photo that was hard to ignore shows the designer posing in a coat and a lace-trimmed frock while sporting a pair of gold cap-toe heels. The outfit was nothing special (sorry Posh), but her shoes sure begged for the attention. They were black pointed stilettos detailed with slim gold ankle straps and golden toes. Seriously, who can resist taking a second glance?
