On her reality show The Real Housewives of Cheshire, she is the laid-back funny girl who rarely gets in arguments.
So it’s no surprise Tanya Bardsley has left her Christmas shopping until the last minute.
The former model – who is married to Stoke City footballer Phil Bardsley – headed to Manchester’s Harvey Nichols department store to get her loved ones some expensive gifts.
Tanya Bardsley has left her festive shopping until the last minute as she hit the shops just days before Christmas Day.
Joined by her mum Julie, the reality star, 35, looked the epitome of off-duty WAG as she strolled around in over the knee suede boots and skinny jeans.
She added a fur jacket to her look and carried a Chanel handbag – alongside a host of the expensive store’s bags.
Tanya has been focusing on raising her bustling brood of one girl and three boys since the finale of the Real Housewives aired last month.
And Tanya certainly went out in rather risque style – with her undergoing a rather unique – and extremely intimate – cosmetic procedure.
Despite her fears the WAG reluctantly went ahead with the procedure, much to the amusement of Dawn, who was on hand to calm her nerves with a glass of champagne as she looked on from the relative safety of a nearby stool.
‘I can see Tanya’s face, she’s going green and actually twitching,’ she explained to camera.
‘I’m just gonna love every minute of this. Even if this minky tightening doesn’t work it was worth coming here just to see her lying on that bed.’
Tanya later admitted the procedure, which also involved using an appropriately named ‘Like A Virgin’ rejuvenation cream followed by a vacuum – ‘to put everything back in order’ – was a nerve-wracking experience.
‘I’m absolutely terrified, there’s this man with these huge balls talking about them going in,’ she told viewers of the ITVBe show.
She gamely volunteered to have her vagina tightened at VIVO Clinic in Manchester on behalf of friend Dawn Ward, who recently launched her own lavish beauty salon in the grounds of her palatial Alderley Edge home.
Referencing the unconventional procedure, she explained: ‘Dawn is looking for this new machine for her clinic – minky tightening! She’s too far gone so I’m going to be her guinea pig.’
But Tanya, 35, appeared to have second thoughts after discovering the ‘Femiwand’ treatment involved the insertion of two large plastic balls.
‘It’s like my worst nightmare,’ she trilled. I’m going to lose my womb!’

After undergoing the bizarre treatment, a relieved Dawn claimed she wouldn’t be telling her footballer husband about her exploits.
‘I’m not gonna tell Phil,’ she joked. ‘I’m just gonna see if he can notice.’
Tanya, a parent to children Gabriella, 13, Rocco, six, and Renz, two, with her husband, recently revealed that she had planned to film the birth for her reality show, until he stepped in.

Tanya said that she considered herself an ‘oversharer’ while her husband – who is ‘quite a private person’ – had to drawn the line at putting the birth on TV.
She said: ‘Phil is still a reluctant telly star but he’s fully supportive with me wanting to do it. I think when he finishes football, he might be more relaxed.’
