Mel B flaunts her incredible curves in a micro-mini dress as she steps out in NYC… while the future of Spice Girls offshoot GEM hangs in the balance. Using the Manhattan streets as her own personal catwalk, the singer, 41, flaunted her incredible curves in a metallic micro-mini dress.

Featuring a bedazzled bodice and a hemline ending just inches below her hips, the mother-of-three gave an eyeful of her incredibly long and lean pins. Mel completed her glamorous look by adding a layer of diamond bracelets and matching rings, while she strutted her stuff in sky-high strappy stilettos.

Contouring her features with a sweep of bronzer, the America’s Got Talent judge was sure to make her eyes pop with lashings of mascara as she applied a warm nude lipgloss to her pout. The stunning star wore her long raven tresses poker straught, with her locks styled in a middle-parting.

Mel clearly enjoyed her chat with presenter Stephen Colbert as she later Instagrammed a shot of the pair giggling away, with the caption: ‘As you can see I had a blast with him tonight.’

The singer later posted a close up shot of her flawless complexion with a cryptic message, saying: ‘I see you, you think I don’t but oh I do haha.’ Mel is currently in the process of reforming the iconic 90s girl group, Spice Girls, with fellow band mates Geri Horner and Emma Bunton – newly entitled GEM. But the highly anticipated reunion was rocked after claims Geri planned to ‘quit the Spice Girls reunion and leave the group for the second time to focus on her family’. The pregnant singer – who is already mum to daughter Bluebell, 10, from her relationship with screenwriter and director Sacha Gervasi – is expecting her first child with husband Christian Horner and is said to have changed her priorities.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ‘Geri’s priorities have changed. Her baby is due later this year and rather than force a reunion, she’s needs to concentrate on more personal matters. ‘Getting all the girls in the studio at the same time proved a tough task. What they needed was one main boss-style figure to pull the strings otherwise they would be constantly in limbo.’ While Geri had hoped to revive the trio – despite Victoria Beckham and Mel C choosing not to return – the group suffered another knock when Rolling Stones’ manager Joyce Smyth reportedly also stepped away from the project. The news comes as shock to fans after Geri – who originally left the Spice Girls in May 31, 1998 – had spent time in the recording studio with her two bandmates and had one of their tracks leak online in November.

TOM FORD’s sandals are designed with crossover straps that elegantly frame and flatter your foot. They’re crafted from supple black leather and punctuated with the designer’s polished gold ‘T’ hardware. We love them with evening dresses.

While white isn’t super practical in the month of snow, sleet and puddles but it’s hard to resist when they’re this gorgeous. We love that spike heel and the multiple straps as well as the subtle metal ‘T’ on the sides. They’re only available in black online.

For those who want to stick to bright white we’ve picked out some strappy styles that won’t break the bank too:
