Selena Gomez just made a dreamy white summer dress look extra cool while en route to the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Monday. The singer also sported a fresh set of fringes as she headed into the venue for her Revival Tour concert.

For the day, Sel styled her tresses in a messy updo with the bangs doing a great job at hiding her eyes. She wore a pristine white pleated maxi detailed with spaghetti straps and a square neckline. It was a flowy number that made her look like an angel. Unexpectedly, however, Selena dressed it down with slides from Adidas.

I don’t know about you, but I actually kind of liked the way she styled the frock. The footwear made her look more laid back, and I’m sure that’s what she was going for. She also teamed the getup with round-rimmed sunnies to amp up the coolness factor.

What do you think of the mix Selena put together here, do  you approve? Will you wear casual slides with your fancy white dress for a day out?

Selena’s pleated tea-length dress is from Maje. If you want it, you can grab it for less over at Net-A-Porter. It’s down to $220 from $440. As for her John-Lennon sunnies, those you can find at Vintage Frames. They’re very expensive; priced at $500.

As for Selena’s striped Adidas slides, I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how affordable they are. You can find them practically anywhere. Dubbed as “Adilette”, they’re crafted from rubber all throughout, and come with the label’s marking on the outer sides.

What I like about these slippers are the textured straps as supposed to plain ones. Oh, and before I forget, did you know that they’re made in Italy? For me that counts for something.

You can find the Adilette at Zappos. They retail at $30.
