She welcomed the birth of her first child, son Jack Oscar, with fiancé Jason Statham back in June. And on Monday, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed that she’s bounced back in jaw-dropping time, as she took to Instagram to share two shots of herself looking svelte. In the images, the 30-year-old model is seen showing off her taut abs in a tiny black crop top and flowing black-and-white striped trousers as she lounges on a cream chair in a sunlit room in her plush Los Angeles home.
Wearing a pair of black fluffy sliders, the blonde beauty appears to be taking a selfie in one image, while in the other she is seen chatting away on the phone, alongside the caption: ‘Horizontal phoners w/ @ugg.’
In the summer, Rosie announced her baby exciting news with a sweet Instagram photo at the time, gushing to her followers: ‘Our little man arrived! Jack Oscar Statham 8.8lbs on Saturday June 24th.’ Alongside the announcement, Rosie shared a black and white snap of little Jack grasping his famous mother’s finger.
The model and actress – who lives in Los Angeles with Jason, her beau of seven years – announced her pregnancy news on Instagram in February, debuting her bare baby bump while smiling on a beach in her bikini. Rosie began dating Jason in 2010 and moved to Los Angeles to set up a home with the Snatch hunk. They announced their engagement last year.
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar Australia, Rosie praised Jason, saying: ‘I have an amazing relationship with my partner. He’s by far the greatest influence in my life.’ Clearly excited for motherhood prior to announcing her baby news, the starlet had said in an interview with Elle UK back in 2012 that caring for her child would be her first priority when the time comes.
She said: ‘I always see myself working, but definitely being a mum will be a big part of me. I think there is naturally a point where you think, “I don’t care about myself as number one any more.” I want to care about other things.’
