Rosie Huntington-Whiteley must have over a hundred pairs of boots in her closet. The leggy blond was spotted sporting a fresh set as she touched down at LAX over the weekend. Her airport attire included a cream-colored cashmere sweater worn over a pair of dark green leather skinny pants, then topped with a long gray coat. She capped off the combination with a floppy hat, a black structured purse, and some cute brown embellished boots that were unlike anything I’ve seen before. Altogether, it was a very well put-together ensemble using autumn’s favorite colors.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looks chic per usual as she arrives at LAX in an earth-toned ensemble on November 9, 2014
Wow. She looks amazing. I’ve actually yet to find this girl in anything lousy.
Now speaking of her boots, in case you’re curious about the pair, they’re by Alaia. Initially, I thought they were decorated with cutouts, but once you look closer, you’ll realize the add-ons are actually well-placed studs in different shapes and sizes. Below is a closer look at the pair in black. These ankle boots also feature 4.5-inch-tall heels and scalloped openings for a bit of drama:
Alaia Studded Boots, $1138
Do you fancy them?
You can grab the black ones online. They retail at $1138. I’m sorry but it was impossible for me to find anything even remotely similar to these shoes so I decided to simply just search for boots with studs on the shafts instead. Check out the two below. While these aren’t as pointed nor as tall as Rosie’s Alaia boots, they will still give your fall attire a dose of texture and drama:
Stuart Weitzman Cityslicker Boots, $399
Frye Courtney Studded Boots, $438
