There’s a reason why the CFDA awarded Rihanna the title of Style Icon back in 2014. She simply IS. She is able to pull off just about anything and make it look so effortless. Even the most outrageous outfits bow down to the diva as she can easily model them with flair and make them her own.
On Monday, Labor Day, Ri-Ri was spotted out and about in New York City. For the occasion, she rocked an all-denim ensemble made up of a dress, cropped jeans, and lace-up boots. Complementing the mix were gold jewelry, a black cap, and a cute Louis Vuitton box bag. To be honest, it was an unusual outfit. But per usual Rihanna pulled it off with no issues.

The denim dress and jeans are from Balenciaga. Both are available over at Net-A-Porter. Do note that the two will cost you over $1500. That said, I’m sure you can easily recreate the getup with pieces that are more affordable.

Of course, I can’t end this post without discussing the footwear. They are from Rihanna’s own collection of shoes created in collaboration with Manolo Blahnik. Dubbed as “Dancehall”, the pair is crafted from denim and leather and feature pointed toes, as well as slim 4-inch-tall heels. They’re very sexy, a style that truly reflects Rihanna’s sensibilities.
