Nicole Kidman likes to takes fashion risks on the red carpet, and usually, she gets away with it. But at the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards held in London on Tuesday evening, the A-list actress failed to impress with her odd-looking frilly frock.
Nicole wore a Proenza Schouler creation crafted in a semi-sheer fabric and detailed with studs, as well as ruffles on the sleeves and bodice. She complemented the attire with some fine jewelry, a neat updo, and a pair pointed lace-up pumps. The dress was not in the least bit flattering, but thankfully, her shoes made up for it. Still, the two did not complement in any way. Check out Nicole’s outfit below, and then tell me what you think:

Well, ladies, what do you think of Nicole’s latest red carpet choice, yay or nay? Would you say the dress flattered her figure or should she have worn something else?
I’m obviously not happy with her choice, but I do like her shoes. They’re the Jimmy Choo “Hoops”, a style detailed with cutouts on the sides and lace-up closures that run through the center all the way up to the ankles. You can call ’em a more updated version of the classic pumps.
The Hoops by Jimmy Choo are no doubt sexy. It’s just too bad that Nicole ruined them with her dress choice. Noh?
A frock with a simple silhouette would have sufficed with the pair. Of course, because she’s Nicole Kidman, you eventually overlook and forget about the outfit because she’s much bigger than that. She IS Nicole Kidman.
