She’s becoming as well-known for her quintessentially British style as she is for her baking prowess. And Mary Berry, 82, looked pretty in pink as she stepped out with husband Paul Hunnings for a trip to the Wimbledon women’s tennis final on Saturday. The former Great British Bake Off judge looked youthful in a hot pink shift dress which she teamed with a elegant ivory bolero jacket with gold buttons.

Adding a chic twist she slipped on a blush blazer style jacket perfect for a day at SW19. It looked like the baking queen was taking inspiration from one of her recipes as the coat was the same hue as a tasty French Fancy cake.  Showing her commitment to the style cause, she slipped on elegant fuschia slingback shoes which perfectly matched her dress.

The ageless star kept her make-up soft and radiant with fluttery lashes and a rose-hued lipstick, along with matching talons. It was a rare public appearance for Mary and her husband, who she has been married to for 51 years.

Dapper Paul matched his wife’s sophisticated display in a navy jumper and tie worn with a blush shirt, over which he slung on a azure jacket.

He teamed this with slate chinos and brown shoes and chivalrously carried the bags. The couple, who tied the knot in 1966, looked as smitten as ever as they took their seats in the Royal box with Paul turning to look lovingly at his wife as she beamed. They share two children son Thomas, 50, and Annabel, 45. A second son William died in a car accident in 1989 aged 19
