What is it about French women? They’re always naturally beautiful and they always exude a certain kind of elegance about them that makes them even more fascinating.
On Saturday, French import, Marion Cotillard was spotted attending the 2015 Film Independent Filmmaker Grant and Spirit Awards Nominees Brunch held at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, California. For the occasion, Marion kept things smart casual by donning printed shorts and a printed sweatshirt. Capping off the combo were white-soled lace-trimmed pumps. The look was nothing extraordinary, but somehow, she made it appear so.

Her makeup was also very minimal. Up close, you could see she was barely wearing any foundation. Instead, she opted for more focus on the eyes to polish up her beauty look.

I envy her skin. It’s natural dewy. I’m also digging the whole outfit — shoes included. Per sources, the top and shorts are by Thakoon, which is to be expected considering he is one of Marion’s favorite designers.
Her sporty pumps, on the other hand, are by Nicholas Kirkwood. I couldn’t find the black online, but here are the mint green and nude versions of a similar style (minus the lace panels) for your reference:
Nicholas Kirkwood Suede Platform Pumps in Green, $348 (was $850)
Nicholas Kirkwood Suede Platform Pumps in Nude, $493 (was $850)
These Nicholas Kirkwoo pumps feature 4-inch-tall heels, half-an-inch-thick white rubber platforms, suede uppers, and a pointed silhouette. Right now, both of the colors above are on sale. If you fancy them, then best to grab a pair while you can.
