It appears Lady Gaga missed her sky-high platforms so terribly that she decided to put on a pair last weekend. On top of that, the diva also flaunted her figure in a shimmery mesh frock that left little to the imagination. She wore nothing but nipple pasties and undies with the piece, and then complemented the ensemble with a dazzling choker and some diamond earrings.
Basically, Mother Monster was in another spectacle-making attire and onlookers were more than happy to give her the attention.

You know, I don’t mind it when she’s dressed this way. Sure, she’s scantily clad, but she pulls it off every time. At least she still looks normal. I mean, remember the time she wore a meat costume? That one was way overboard.
I don’t have the details on Lady Gaga’s glittery mesh dress, but I personally think it has potential. You just need to wear it with a slip and you’re all set.
My interpretation of Lady Gaga’s outfit would be a combination of the crochet dress from UNIF below worn with a white slip dress underneath and a pair of nude strappy heels.

Speaking of heels, I couldn’t find any details on Lady Gaga’s super platform sandals either (they look to be about 6 to 7 inches tall), but here’s a pair from Charlotte Olympia that is more wearable. I also think these sandals are classier in terms of silhouette. At least they won’t remind you too much of stripper shoes:
