Looks like Kendall got some major competition in the fashion department at Coachella on Friday. The “it” model attended the music fest with Cindy Crawford’s daughter, Kaia Gerber, and I’m afraid the young lady gave the model a run for her money style-wise. Kendall wore a crocheted maxi dress for the event, and styled her hair in a raver-bun updo. She then capped off the getup with stacks of statement necklaces and studded flat lace-up sandals.

Kaia, on the other hand, kept it edgy in all-black — black shorts that showcased her legs, a low-cut black top that revealed her lace bra, and a fringed black kimono. The brunette cutie finished the mix with round-rimmed sunnies and sleek ankle boots. While Kendall looked bohemian and sexy in her getup, I found Kaia’s outfit cool, sleek, and effortless.

Between the two, who looks more stylish?
I’m on the fence here, because they look very different. It’s like comparing night to day or apples to oranges. That said, I can’t help but acknowledge the fact that Kaia stole some of Kendall’s spotlight here. Would you agree?
As for the outfits, what I can tell you is that her sandals are from Aquazzura. They’re the “Tutum”, a style detailed with studded and fringed straps, as well as wrap-around ankle-tie closures fashioned with tassels.

The Tutum sandals are also available in a tall version that features 4.25-inch-tall self-covered block heels. They retail higher at $895, though.

I have no details on Kaia’s all-black attire, but her boots are easy to score if you want them. They’re the Alexander Wang “Anouck”, a style detailed with cutouts on the heels. You can find them online if you fancy the silhouette. Team with black shorts, a black top, and a black kimono to steal Kaia’s style.
