Clothes-horse and style extraordinaire, Kate Bosworth, was spotted out and about in New York this week. The blond cutie looked like a true-blue Cali-girl in her skimpy denim shorts, t-shirt, and platform sneakers as she ran errands in the East Village. She teamed the getup with large sunglasses and a tiny top handle that appeared to have contained nothing inside.
In terms of footwear, I’d say Kate’s chunky slip-on sneakers were a pleasant surprise. I did not expect them from her since she usually goes for flats and fancy heels. Nevertheless, I think she nailed the whole getup.

They are not as thick as Kate’s sneakers, but they’re just as catchy.
