I always love shoes who dare to be different. I especially like the person wearing them. Like veering away from the usual.
And that’s what Jessica Chastain was during the photo call of her new film, The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby, at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival a couple of days ago. The actress looked ravishing in a velvet-leaf patterned Honor dress. The dress is already a standout, but what made Jessica’s total look even more noticeable was her striking embroidered pink satin pumps.
Jessica wore Paul Andrew Shakti Soir pumps which is part of the Spring 2014 Collection and features fuschia silk satin, colorful sequin and bead hand embroidery and 100mmheel.
It helped that Jessica’s dress was all black. Despite the busy leaf pattern, the details of the meticulously hand-applied embroidery on Jessica’s shoes still stood out against it.
I’d say Jessica absolutely nailed it! The dress and the shoes just perfectly complimented each other. And of course, the gorgeous aura of Jessica totally made the look more outstanding!
This Shakti Soir pumps is available at PaulAndrew.com, but you may also fancy the other Paul Andrew pumps of similar style as Jessica’s. Take for example this Paul Andrew Europeaus Soir Sandals I found in ShopBop.com.
