It’s no secret that when it comes to fashion, Jessica Alba can hold her own — both on and off the red carpet. She always manages to look chic even in the most casual ensembles. Occasionally she will step out in something unusual, but pulls it off anyway.
Wednesday, October 12, was such a day.
The actress turned entrepreneur decked herself in a pink pleated tea-length skirt while heading to a business meeting in Los Angeles. She complemented the girly color with a white shirt, a long black cardigan, and a gray scarf wrapped around her neck. Capping off the attire were a black tote and a pair of studded ankle boots.
To be honest, I found the outfit a tad frumpy. Plus, the pink color wasn’t exactly easy on the eyes. Check out Jessica below, and then tell me what you think of her attire:

Well, peeps, what do you think of Jessica’s outfit? Frumpy or fabulous?
Know what? I’m no fan of pastel pink color, but I have to hand it to the lady. She actually doesn’t look very bad. Strappy heels and a structured jacket would have made her look more polished, but I can appreciate how the studded boots downplayed the girly-ness of that skirt.
Speaking of the boots, Jessica’s pair is by Anine Bing. Below is a closer look. The shoes feature tiny studs decorating the shafts and vamps. They also come with slim ankle-wrap buckled straps. You can find them over at Revolve. They retail at about $700:

If you approve of Jessica’s latest street style, feel free to team the boots with a pleated pink midi skirt, and then top off with a long black cardigan. Oh, and before I forget, Jessica’s tote is by Longchamp. It’s the “Paris Premiere”, and you can purchase it online.
