Jennifer Garner looked elegant in black as she stepped out in New York to promote her new movie on Live! With Kelly and Michael on Thursday. The actress, who stars in the film Miracles from Heaven, wore a short black dress for the appearance, and then topped off the number with a long black coat. To keep things interesting, she complemented the combo with loafer-type denim blue pumps.
It was a simple attire, but quite on-point. However, Jen made the mistake of wearing shoes that were a size too big for her feet. And because they were high heels, the size difference was hard to conceal.

Wearing high heels that are a size too big can be very uncomfortable, so kudos to this woman for being able to put on a smile and pretend like there’s nothing wrong.
That said, I like Jen’s denim blue pumps. They remind me of summer. A quick look-up gave me the name Jimmy Choo. They’re the “Avril”, a style that follows the loafer silhouette, but injected with a dose of feminine charm by way of pointed toes.
Contrary to what all of you may think, they’re not made from denim fabric, but from denim-effect suede leather. They also feature slim 4-inch-tall heels.

This style is no longer available. If you fancy the silhouette and you don’t mind it in bronze, try the “Ari” pumps from Jimmy Choo instead. They’re on sale at $347:

If it’s the denim effect you love. Let’s just say your options are almost unlimited. Depending on your budget, you can with a designer pair or a style from a more affordable label. For starters, try the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi in denim or go with the patchwork effect from ALDO:
