On Tuesday, Hilary turned heads as she showcased her fit figure in a pair of skinny jeans and off-shoulder blouse while out and about in New York City. She teamed the combo with a beaded necklace, a suede tote, and sky high platform heels. Her hair was styled in that messy but cool kind of way, and it really suited her face. In a nutshell, Hilary looked fabulous.
