Uh-oh. This is a first. I never thought I’d see the day, but it has come. I’m an Emma Stone fan. I think she’s a great actress and her style choices are always on-point. But during the 2016 Logo Trailblazer Honors event held in New York on Thursday, the red-haired beauty failed to impress with her apron-like leather-detailed dress. It was a black-and-white frock from Louis Vuitton’s resort 2017 collection. Unfortunately, it didn’t look good on her. Plus, her hair was a mess.

Maybe she was having a bad day?

Whatever was the reason, I hope it was temporary because I will surely miss Emma’s effortlessly chic style if that’s not the case. Check out her outfit from Thursday’s event below, and then tell me what you think of it:

What do you think of Emma’s latest fashion choice? Do you approve? Think she nailed it, or failed it? I’m sorry. I love Emma to bits, but that dress isn’t meant for her. Would you agree?

That said, at least she put on some fancy heels to go with. On Emma’s feet are the “Blondie” from Pierre Hardy. It’s a style crafted from plush suede leather and detailed with a gold vertical t-bar on the vamp. The sandals also come with thin suede leather ankle-tie strings, as well as 4-inch-tall heels.
