Ellie Goulding channeled the retro 70s for her appearance on Lorraine last week. The singer wore tan suede bell-bottom pants for the occasion, and then complemented the pair with a low-cut fringed blouse fashioned with chain trimming.

A few hours earlier while on the way to ITV studios in London where the show was held, she was spotted wearing a white t-shirt and a fur-trimmed suede jacket with her pants. Ellie also punctuated the attire with sassy platform sandals that were very reminiscent of the era.

I’m no Ellie Goulding fan, but I’m digging her take on 70s fashion. Aren’t you?

I like how she elevated the getup with simple but high-impact extras such as a Western-inspired belt, two-tone platform heels, and a suede topper. She cooked up the perfect combination. Would you agree?

If you like Ellie’s retro style, feel free to steal her look. The flared bottoms are from Frame Denim. They’re currently on sale at Net-A-Porter for $525:

Ellie’s suede shearling-lined jacket is from Acne Studios. The piece is no longer available, but the black leather version can be had if you’re interested.

Of course, the star of the show would have to be Ellie’s platform sandals. They’re from Prada’s spring 2015 collection. The style is obviously sold out, but if you’re a size 36, a pre-loved pair is available over at The Real Real. Below is a closer look at the pair. The sandals feature platforms and heels wrapped in jacquard fabric. They also come with studs at the platforms for a touch of drama:

A rather knockout pair. Yes?

It’s too bad they’re no longer available. But, you can opt to grab the more updated version, if you don’t mind. It has a more classic look to it, but it’s just as tall and chunky.
