When she was spotted she arrived at the Greenwoods Spa alongside Frankie Essex. The dress Billie wore was a classic chic black dress that cut into a high neck and skimmed her body from top to toe. Then she added to the dress a duster coat on top. She also decided to add some accessorises like the handbag of sleek leather. She is pregnant but she doesn’t want to give up her heels! She wore peep-toe ankle boots.
