Jennifer Garner stepped up her fashion game as she headed to church with the kids over the weekend. The actress, who prefers to wear flats and jeans when she’s on mommy duty, decided to doll up for a change. Jen slipped into a blue textured frock for Sunday service — one that was cut short to accentuate her toned legs. She also complemented the piece with a black designer handbag and a pair of nude pumps detailed with ankle-tie straps. It was simple but polished getup; nothing fancy, really — except maybe for the standout heels on her feet.

I love it when Jen cleans up and prettifies. She should do it more often. Would you agree?
I’ve yet to get the details on her navy dress, but her black shoulder bag is from Chloe while her nude ankle-wrap pumps are from Gianvito Rossi. The purse is called “Faye” and you can grab it over at Neiman Marcus for $1950.

As for Jen’s Gianvito Rossi pumps, here’s a closer look at the pair in black suede. Sorry, I couldn’t find them in nude suede online. They’re called the “Carla”, a style fashioned with lowered sides, rounded toes, 4-inch-tall self-covered heels, and slim bow-detailed ankle-wrap straps.

If you like what you see, you can score the shoes via the Gianvito Rossi website. Note that shipping cost, duties, and taxes may hike up the price because the shoes will be coming from Italy. I also urge you to check out the peep-toe version done in metallic silver over at Neiman Marcus. It’s a sexier variant, in my opinion. In addition, you may also take a peek at the d’Orsay version with double ankle-wrap straps.
