Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known to promote healthy all-natural living and co-parenting, went makeup-free for a gig last week. The celebrity attended the BlogHer15 Conference held in New York City where she was among the keynote speakers. Aside from wearing practically zero makeup, Gwyneth also kept things laid-back and casual for the occasion by going for a layered look of shorts teamed with a shirt and blazer.
It was a simple outfit that wouldn’t have earned her a second glance had it not been for the unexpected way she finished it with chunky-heeled boots. Pointed pumps or flats were the usual choice, but Gwyn probably wanted to toughen things up, hence the bulky footwear choice.

How do you like Gwyneth’s attire for the day? Do you wish she wore sexy pointed pumps instead, or do you prefer the way she pulled the outfit together with those boots?
I think I would have preferred her in some pumps or pointy-toe flats, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t look good in those boots.
