Miley Cyrus cleaned up real nice for the Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy Bash held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday. The Wrecking Ball singer actually took the time to dress up in an elegant floor-grazing red frock that would have done Maria Shriver — mother to her current beau, Patrick Schwarzenegger, proud.
The piece was detailed with a high halter neckline, a revealing back, and a thigh-high slit that was sexy without being too vulgar. She capped off the outfit with matching red lip color, diamond earrings, a silver purse, and a pair of silver strappy sandals. Altogether, Miley was elegant and quite well-dressed for the occasion, while Patrick was dapper in his three-piece suit and stubble-free face.
