The former Vampire Diaries star looked radiant in a powder blue halter dress teamed with a pair of statement sandals no one could ignore. She complemented the combo with loose brunette locks styled to perfection, dark eye makeup, and a gray envelope clutch. Her best accessory, however, was the gorgeous smile on her face.
