Kylie Jenner was spotted out and about in West Hollywood with her pet pooch on Monday. It was quite hard not to notice the reality TV star, as she was decked in a dark coat and some statement-making thigh-high footwear. The shoes were a pair of super tall lace-up boots that were open at the toes. She used them to cap off an all-black ensemble of leggings and t-shirt.
