Emmy Rossum opted out on the bra as she slipped into an 80s inspired dress for Fox’s Cause for Paws event held at Santa Monica Airport over the weekend. The frock was simple and understated, but came detailed with a low-cut neckline. Emmy teamed the dress with girly black ankle-strap pumps fashioned with scallops all around. One one hand, you might say her whole getup looked drab and old-fashioned, but on the other, it was surprisingly sexy.

If you were to rate Emmy’s attire, what score will you give?
I like the little surprises she infused into the outfit. First of all, the dress, while drab in color, is actually constructed with interesting details. Secondly, I like how she didn’t wear anything underneath the sinfully low neckline. Doing so definitely put some sexy drama to her look. Next, I love the scallops on her shoes. They’re different. And lastly, I find the hairstyle perfect. With the loose bun, she doesn’t look too uptight.
Emmy’s scalloped pumps are by Bionda Castana. They’re called the “Consuelo”. I couldn’t find them in black online, but below is the same style in apple green for you to check out. The shoes feature 115mm-tall heels or about 4.5 inches so they are relatively tall.

The green pumps are on sale right now so if you like them, grab them pronto. Sorry, I couldn’t find anything similar to Emmy’s Consuelo scalloped pumps, but perhaps I can interest you in these scalloped heels from Chinese Laundry and Ted Baker instead?
