      I am sorry, but we do not provide this kind of service.
      I post mostly trendy shoes from Chines, European or USA stores and in case you will not pick the package and shoes will returned to seller, then is making complications in international shipping. So cash on delivery is more suitable for local stores operation directly in your country, which I do not have set up jet. So now is only option to buy in partnered shops paying by card or by Paypal during the checkout. In case you are afraid of quality in Paypal you can open case with in 180 days from your purchase, to ask for money back.
