Everyone knows Nikki Reed is a health buff. The actress is often spotted on hikes or stepping out of her gym. On August 5, the actress showed another side of her interest in health– she did a cooking demo for Vita Coco Coconut Oil.
The small event happened at Haven’s Kitchen in Chelsea, New York. All the recipes she demonstrated featured the new coco product.

The actress is really looking lovely these days. It’s no secret that the Twilight star is in a new relationship with Ian Somerhalder and the actor is probably providing Nikki a lot of inspiration, hence her happy aura.
For the cooking event, Nikki looked great in a sleeveless black dress that she paired with metallic booties.
