Nicole Scherzinger was spotted enjoying a fun night out with some friends at Craig’s Restaurant in London late last month. For the occasion, the former Pussycat Dolls vocalist wore a sheer black dress from her Missguided clothing line, and paired the piece with a patterned jacket, a stunning red purse, and some edgy lace-up booties. With her striking beauty and curvy figure, Nicole painted quite a picture that the papz couldn’t resist.

You have to admit, this girl looks really fierce. Yes?
I’m not fond of the mix she put together. I always feel that midi skirts should be worn with nude booties or sandals — or if not, pointy pumps — for a more flattering appearance, but somehow, Nicole was able to pull off the combo with no issues.
In case you’re wondering where Nicole got her kicks, that would be Tom Ford. Actually, her red bag is also from Tom Ford. Here’s a closer look at her shoes. These peep-toe booties feature stretch canvas uppers trimmed with leather, lace-up closures that run across the vamp, gold-detailed heels that are 4.5 inches tall, and buckled ankle cuffs.

Do you fancy them?
I agree, they’re totally fierce. If I had them, I’d probably pair them with a short black dress or some black coated skinny jeans. What about you, how would you wear these Tom Ford lace-ups if you had them?
The shoes are currently available online if you’re interested. They retail at a pricey $1590. For those looking to grab something similar minus the designer price tag, what I can recommend are these Steve Madden “Gladly” booties. These feature leather uppers, 4-inch-tall heels, and lace-up closures at the vamp — not exactly as glamorous nor as sexy as Nicole’s Tom Fords, but pair will only set you back an affordable $130, so I think they’re definitely worth considering:
