Designer Joyce de Gruiter can agree fully with that statement. Since the eighties she has worked as a photographer, was co-owner of art gallery Stelling, graphic designer, gold gilder in a restoration studio and now she designs and manufactures her own shoe collection Shoes 2 Make U Happy. Shoes not to wear, but to admire. Architectural forms that, through playful and sometimes ironic additions, undergo a metamorphosis.
