Chrissy Teigen’s Summer Style Is Lookbook-Worthy — Will You Take a Cue?

I wonder how it feels to have John Legend as your beau. While I’d like to think John is quite lucky for having an uber sexy and beautiful wife, I think Chrissy is just as lucky to have a man who can serenade her with love songs for the rest of her life. It’s a win-win. Would you agree?

Speaking of the couple, the two were spotted having dinner at the SoHo district of New York last Saturday night. Usually, we see Chrissy in super short outfits at events, but for the casual outing with her man, she decided to keep it simple and easy by donning a pair of loose high-waist trousers.

I’m talking pajama-soft pants that you can literally sleep in. In keeping with the laid back get-up, the Sports Illustrated hottie wore her bottoms with flat t-strap sandals. Of course, she made it a point not to look sloppy in the pants by wearing a fitted sleeveless cropped leather top, then added a bit of drama to her look by sporting dark sunnies.

I think it’s a great look to try this summer. Come to think of it, if you want to sport a bit of leather this season, this one’s a good outfit idea to consider. As you can see, she rocked a leather top, but a cropped and sleeveless one that’s perfect for the hot weather.

Of course, the flat sandals are a must if you want to keep things easy and effortless. You can walk around the city or run errands while looking chic and staying comfortable.

I don’t know where Chrissy got her strappy flats, but you can substitute them with any pair of gladiator sandals that are available at your local department store.
