I don’t watch Pretty Little Liars, but I do like Lucy Hale. I think she’s cute. And the fact that she sings too (oh yes, she has great vocals), is a plus. When it comes to fashion, Lucy may not be as impeccably stylish as, say, Emma Roberts, but she always makes an effort and it shows.
At the 2014 Teen Choice Awards held over the weekend, Lucy took home the surfboard for Choice TV Drama Actress. She looked quite lovely as she received the award in a sexy low-cut mini-dress that showcased her legs and cleavage.

Ok, I admit. she actually barely has any volume on top here, but that’s fine considering how low the neckline of her dress is. If someone more well-endowed wears a dress like that, she wouldn’t look as neat and nice as Lucy. Would you agree?
Lucy capped off her red frock with studded and bejeweled ankle-cuff sandals from Brian Atwood — the “Abel” — which is from an off-season collection. These heels feature gold metal studs all around, which are also surrounded with chain embellishments. Up close and personal, these shoes are exceptionally exquisite:

Very fancy, yes?
They added just the right dose of drama to Lucy’s simple but sexy red number. And considering she won an award, I think wearing such a gorgeous pair of shoes made the evening even more special for the young star.
The Abel sandals are sold out already, so if you want them, you’ll need to get creative and resourceful (think consignment stores and eBay).
You may also try considering these ankle-cuff options from Badgley Mischka and Dune London instead. These are easier on the pocket too, so you’ll be spending much less:
