Kim and Kanye went out on a dinner date in Santa Monica, California, last week. For the occasion, the reality TV star decked herself in a black open-knit dress teamed with black mid-calf buttoned boots. Kanye, on the other hand, kept to his usual sweater, jeans, and boots attire.
What was hard to ignore about Kim’s outfit was that it was so tight it clung to her body like second skin. It also stretched to reveal the underwear (or lack thereof) that she wore underneath.

So how do you like Kim’s date-night style, hot or not?
You know, Kim has worn more revealing dresses in the past, so this one is nothing new. However, I must say she made a huge mistake by wearing those boots with the dress. Combining both made her look shorter than she already is. A pair of pointy pumps or slim-strap sandals would have sufficed. Would you agree?

Kim’s Balmain boots are crafted from satin material. They’re also very vintage inspired. The shafts are detailed with covered buttons, and the heels are a towering 5 inches tall. The boots used to retail at $1295 when they were released.

Do you like Kim’s boots?
Sorry, I’m not a fan of the design, nor am I a fan of the silhouette. However, here are a couple of buttoned boots that I can definitely live with. You might want to consider these as well:
