Kate Upton may have bared it all for Sports Illustrated, but when she’s off-duty, she loves to cover up.
While arriving at LAX with her boyfriend and pet dog on Tuesday, Kate wrapped herself in all black separates from head to toe. She wore black skinny jeans, a black tee, and then topped off the combo with a black jacket. Complementing the mix were sunnies, a woven crossbody bag (most likely from Bottega Veneta), and a really interesting pair of boots detailed with tassels.

In fact, I prefer her this way compared to when she’s dressed to the nines in designer frocks for press tours and whatnot.
Granted, black can be boring, but I like how she kept things interesting by teaming the outfit with tasseled boots. They injected just enough flair into her attire. I couldn’t find any details on the pair, but they look very similar to these Lanvin tasseled boots I found online:
