Several celebrities dared to bare a lot of skin during last Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. While Taylor Swift made headlines for wearing a skimpy romper, so did Demi Lovato and Jennifer Lopez.
Demi arrived at the event in a scarlet red gown from Lanvin that came detailed with a very deep neckline, as well as a front slit that went all the way up to her thighs.
Yes people, the former Disney cutie flaunted a good amount of her cleavage and legs on the red carpet over the weekend. Demi then teamed the dress with gold Giuseppe Zanotti slides, matching red lip and nail color, as well as a fancy red box clutch. To say that she looked stunning for the occasion would be an understatement, because Demi was smokin’!

And as for JLo, well, it was expected from the American Idol judge. Known for wearing racy outfits on the red carpet, Jennifer Lopez did not disappoint as she arrived at the event in a figure-hugging gown detailed with so many cutouts from the front, all the way to the back. The glimmery frock also had a split front design that went all the way up to her crotch.
Yep, that high. Jennifer capped off her look with equally sparkly pumps and a crystal-encrusted barrel clutch. With her ageless face, you could say Jen looked fantastic.

So here’s my question for you ladies: who do you think was more daring at the VMAs, Jennifer or Demi?
No doubt, Jen wore the sexier gown — and she looked insanely good in it, but personally, my vote goes to Demi. Her choice to wear a scarlet red frock with a neckline so low and a slit so high was very unexpected. Jen was just in another revealing gown — something she’s so used to wearing. Demi, on the other hand, took a huge step, and thankfully she nailed it.
